Industry Professional membership is for supply chain companies and service providers — architects, mortgage brokers, timber frame manufacturers, insurers and more. Tiers are based on number of employees.

Custom Build Developer membership is for companies and individuals bringing custom build sites to market. Tiers are based on number of active sites. Letters of Support and plot launch communications are included within each tier.

Public Bodies & Not-for-Profit membership is for Local Authorities, Community Land Trusts, housing associations, Homes England, and other non-commercial organisations working to grow the supply of custom and self build homes. This track reflects the non-commercial nature of these organisations.
A note on the Code of Practice: Public bodies and not-for-profit organisations join NaCSBA as sector partners and advocates — supporting the growth of custom and self build in their area. As non-commercial organisations they sit outside the supplier relationship that the Code of Practice governs, and this membership track reflects that distinction.
