Construction has now begun on the first Custom Build home at The Poplars in Milton, Oxfordshire, marking an important milestone for this exclusive five-home development.
The property combines traditional stone architecture with high-performance modern construction, including SIPS panels, an air source heat pump and MVHR system.
The start on site signals the progression of this boutique scheme, which will feature a collection of beautifully designed new homes. Plots are now available for purchase — buy the plot and work with Oxford Homes to build a home that is completely your own, with full planning consent already in place.
