Reserved Matters approval has been granted by South Gloucestershire Council for the first five custom build homes at Land West of Park Farm. Delivered by Vistry Bristol, the wider Park Farm neighbourhood will provide up to 595 new homes and supporting infrastructure. These first five plots mark the beginning of a commitment to deliver 30 custom build homes in total, with the remaining 25 planned for a later phase.
As a partner in South Gloucestershire Council’s Self Build Partnership, XERA has led and coordinated the custom build planning work for this important first phase. The five custom build homes will be delivered on fully serviced plots, enabling buyers to shape the design and layout of their homes through a range of pre-approved options and providing meaningful choice within a coordinated and deliverable framework.
This milestone demonstrates what can be achieved when housebuilders, local authorities and an experienced custom build partner work together to turn planning commitments into
deliverable homes and genuine customer choice.
If you’re a housebuilder, Community Land Trust or Local Authority exploring how to deliver custom build successfully, and at scale, contact Craig Strachan to discuss how XERA can help.
