KCS Developments have submitted a planning application for a 98 homes site, including 13 Custom Build and Self Build plots. The site at Brayton, is near Selby in North Yorkshire.
Station Hill
Linden Homes 229 home scheme in Station Hill, Chudleigh will include 46 affordable homes, with a total of 11 custom build serviced plots, delivered thanks to Teignbridge District Council’s percentage rule.
Alphington Village
Bovis Homes are bringing on a large 1,350 home site on land between Alphington Village and Exminster, with 30 serviced plots for custom building.
Long Four Acres, Mulbarton
Planning permission for 15 new custom build detached home in Mulbarton, Norfolk, has been granted.
Long Four Acres consists of plots big enough to house large two or three storey detached homes. Outline planning permission has been granted and each plot has a design code and plot passport in place, to help custom builders understand the permitted flexibility in architectural design and building materials.
Pickley Green, Leigh
Pickley Green in Leigh, Wigan, has been selected as the site of a new custom build housing scheme for self-builders and will feature a collection of serviced plots with outline planning permission, available to self-builders from Spring 2019.
The area was identified by a local custom build enabler as an ideal location for a new housing, with the planning process for the scheme to be conducted by self and custom build design specialists, AC Architects.
North Foreland Estate
Broadstairs’ exclusive, private clifftop North Foreland Estate is marketing 13 plots with Outline Planning Permission in place. The 13 plots are divided into two parcels of land: one to the east of North Foreland Avenue and a parcel of plots to the west of North Foreland Avenue, all of which have sea views.
Prices for the premium plots range between £475,000 to £750,000, which are being marketed by Castle Homes.
Montgomerie Park
North Ayrshire Council has published its draft Local Development Plan, including Montgomerie Park, part of which is covered by the new pilot Simplified Planning Zone. This will simplify the process of delivering a range of homes, including Self-build development. The Local Development Plan is now available for feedback.

Sellindge
Quinn Estates is looking to bring on 162 homes as part of a larger development including allotments, office space, recreational ground and a nature reserve in Sellindge, Kent.
The housing includes elements of affordable, retirement and self-build homes.
