Founded in 2015, StART is a Community Land Trust made up of a group of residents and workers, working towards turning the St Ann’s Hospital site in Haringey, London, into a location that benefits the community. A core aspect of the St Ann’s Redevelopment Trust is to create a community-led housing development, following the official private market option that included only 14% affordable homes.
