Fairgrove Homes is developing a custom build site at Dominion, Carr Lodge, Doncaster with a range of house types that have levels of service, depending on the finish and specification. Purchasers can buy at a range of stages: watertight, basic build, bronze, silver or gold. The 25 properties include a range of three-, four- and five-bed homes. Carr Lodge was one of the Homes and Communities Agency’s original custom build sites, built along side the much larger project which will eventually have 1,600 homes.
