This years’ NaCSBA Conference will be held at The NSBRC, Swindon on 1st October.
Now in its third year, our conference offers insight into the latest practice and themes around the delivery of custom and self build, and is the perfect opportunity for networking with NaCSBA members and the wider sector.
We will be covering the latest policy and political changes from 2024 – including the implications of the change of government plus updates on LURA, NPPF and the CMA study of the housebuilding sector. Also part of the Programme will be a detailed look at successful planning appeals and some case studies of percentage policies and exception sites. Plus some detailed data and analysis on custom and self build demand, aspirations and experiences.
The conference offers the only dedicated event focusing on the market, dealing with themes and strategies for anyone operating in – or looking to move into – the custom and self build arena.
