In April the Right to Build Task Force ran a study visit to The Netherlands to custom and self build sites that showed a range of models to delivery.
These included:
- Group self build
- Group self build led by a developer
- Cohousing self build schemes
- A regeneration opportunity with the conversion of a school to form self build shells
- Affordable self build terraced homes
