Unfortunately due to the current situation and the cancellation of the National Homebuilding & Renovating Show, Future and NaCSBA have taken the decision to cancel the Custom Build Summit for 2020.
Due to the issues around Coronavirus and large gatherings there is no alternative date for the summit to take place, therefore registration has now closed and Future will be processing refunds for anybody who has purchased a ticket.

About the event:
(all the below is for reference only as the show is not cancelled)
In partnership with NaCSBA, Homebuilding & Renovating has launched a brand new professional-focused event for the Custom Build industry, with the Custom Build Summit at the NEC, Birmingham.
Brought to you by the team behind the Homebuilding & Renovating shows and magazine, the Custom Build Summit is the only professional one-day conference dedicated to the new Custom Build sector, which is set to transform housing delivery.
Embracing both Custom Build and the serviced-plots market, the event will bring together the leading experts, policy makers and companies operating in the sector, creating a unique opportunity to review the opportunities and barriers to growth in the sector, with advice on how to meet these challenges.
The time has never been better for anyone wanting an owner-commissioned home, with the Right to Build ensuring that is supported legislatively and on an individual council level. What’s more, there are more finance companies and products servicing the market, and more companies operating in the field.
The challenge now is to persuade the public that the route is accessible to all. NaCSBA is currently lobbying for a new loan product, the Help to Build Equity Loan Scheme, that will put the sector on parity with the wider market that can access Help to Buy.
