NaCSBA conference

NaCSBA’s second Custom and Self Build Conference 2023 is an essential day of CPD and insight for anyone working in the custom and self build sector.

Taking place on the 14 November at the NSBRC, Swindon, the one-day event follows Right to Build Day 2023, the 30 October date when another base period for local authority custom and self build registers closes.

While open to the wider industry, NaCSBA members benefit from FREE tickets to the conference 2023 – with two per member (or five for Corporate Gold members). Look out for a member email with the code for joining for free, or email donna@nacsba.org.uk.

A must-attend event for anyone in development or planning, the conference 2023 is unique opportunity to examine some of the themes and strategies that underpin activity in the owner-commissioned homes sector. The day will bring together operatives from across the sector, from land promoters to custom build enablers to planners.

NaCSBA would like to thank the headline sponsor Fleming Homes for its support, as well as the NSBRC for its support.

Feedback from past attendees was overwhelmingly positive – here are just some of the comments we received:

“The conference offered great insight into the changing practice around custom and self build. It was interesting to hear from a variety of speakers who were focused on encouraging and educating on the benefits and process of developing the sector across the UK.”

“I found the conference very interesting. I felt the range of topics covered was all encompassing and demonstrated where the opportunities lie in supporting people to build their own home.”
