Combining nine shows under one roof, the event is crucial link to new suppliers and products – showcasing the latest releases and enabling new connections to be made.

Plus don’t miss the Future of Construction Hub, an immersive experience of digital construction, 3D printing, robotics, artificial intelligence, virtual reality, augmented reality and experimental methods of construction.

The UKCW Stage will see some keynote presentations from UK and international speakers, including BBC Breakfast’s Steph McGovern who’ll be presenting hard-hitting discussions, including housing policy, quality and how we stop future building failures, Brexit and the Government’s proposed new quality mark for home improvement and low energy retrofits.

NaCSBA Chair Michael Holmes and Right to Build Task Force Ambassador Richard Bacon will also be speaking: Grand Theatre, 4pm, 11 October: Self-Build/Community-Led session and Grand Designs Live, Regeneration HUB, 11 October, 1pm: Is Community-Led the Future of Housing?

There’s also the opportunity to attend some fully accredited CPD sessions, with 35 to choose from, although pre-booking is essential.
