The Right to Build Task Force is running a series of guided study tours to Graven Hill for housing and planning professionals, showcasing this large and interesting site.
It is running a repeat trip on each day, sharing some of the models used on site, including custom build and self build homes, mixed in with other products, such as affordable and market housing. The lessons learned on the site make the study visit indispensable for any land promoter, developer or enabler considering bringing on homes on a serviced plots site, including insight into the Plot Passport process.
