Potton continues to grow its custom build offering with the news that it has brought its Liberators Drive site to market. Located in Spixworth village, on the outskirts of Norwich, the site has outline planning permission for 13 serviced plots with buyers able to choose from various routes to creating a home.
The option to build with existing detailed planning permission
This involves buyers choosing from one of the concept homes, as detailed below and in the Design Guide. Giving them the option to customise their home to their taste and style through the pre-agreed materials palette. With detailed planning permission in place, buyers are able to quickly start the process of building their new home.
A tailored design, through Potton’s architectural team
With this route, buyers work with Potton’s architectural team to design a home to their specifications, within the parameters of the Design Code and Plot Passport. The team supports buyers through the process, prior to submission for DPP.
Liberators Drive is part of a suite of custom build sites that Potton is working on, in addition to individual homes commissioned by self builders.
