Yesterday, I had the pleasure of meeting PlaceShapers: a network which represents over 100 housing associations.
As part of this event, I gave a presentation on the potential of custom build and how these housing associations can get involved in this emerging sector.
It was a productive session which also included presentations from DCLG’s Branwen Evans, The Accord Group (who have been active in custom build for some time) and John Clephan who is heading Sheffield City Council’s ‘Right To Build’ vanguard work.
